The land of mountains and pristine lakes! In this episode, Jonathan gets on a motorcycle to explore the countryside. He embarks on a Don-Quixote type journey, alluding to the origin story of author Miguel Cervantes and his "supposed" stint in Montenegro, in a jail cell. Jonathan rides down the fantastically beautiful Kotor bay, learning about medieval armor and the city's history. While on his road trip, Jonathan also uncovers Tito's secret bunker, fully exploring the lavish estate on his own whims – as well as abandoned submarine silos, hidden bunkers from the Soviet era, and much more. No trip to Montenegro is complete without a visit to the countryside, this is where Jonathan comes across authentic cuisine, and a rescue mission with volunteers that patrol the harsh but beautiful mountains of Montenegro.

The series "How Do They Make It" is a journey into the world of complex mechanisms surrounding contemporary man. It's a story about places where exceptional things are being created to make our travel, communication, work, and life easier. In every program, we visit a new place. Our series is about creating unique products but also about the commitment, passion, and work of the people who create them. Each set consists of five episodes about the most interesting production micro-worlds and their operations. The themes of the sets are very diverse – ranging from the big car factory to the traditional glassworks. In the first episode of this set, we visit one of the biggest Polish yacht yards – Northmann shipyard in Węgorzewo. This shipyard produces the popular sailing yachts Maxus and motorized yachts Nexus. In the program, we talk about designing and building yachts. We then show the subsequent stages of their production process, we meet the people who make them and who sail in them. The episode will also have a special guest, namely Szymon Kuczynski – who has sailed round the globe in the smallest, six-meter Maxus 22 yacht, produced at this shipyard.

After sailing south down the Dalmatian coast, and into the Gulf of Corinth, Barinia emerges from the canal to pick up the journey in Cape Sounion. The skipper will continue southeast, and take you through the Aegean, with a brief stop in Mykonos, to finally reach the Lycian coast of Southern Turkey. You will visit the ancient city of Aperlae which was abandoned in the 7th century AD. Barinia will then arrive in the castle village of Kalekoy, to catch up with friends Hasibe & Ismail and their family at the Lykia restaurant. We then join Mehmet and pick carob beans off a tree in the village, then learning how the locals make their pancake, Gozleme. The skipper will explore the village and it's ancient culture where the inhabitants still live in the 2500 year old dwellings of their ancestors.

You will see the extraordinary Lindian paradise that he created, drawing his inspiration from the traditional houses of Lindos. Narelle show you the distinct fusion of Ottoman and Greek influences. You will be taken into the Melenos kitchen to meet chef Gogo, who has an exceptionally inventive approach to Greek cuisine. Barinia then sails to Rhodes, Patrick and Narelle's old stomping ground. They catch up with Vangeli, Narelle's Greek godfather, who updates us with his ongoing concerns about the effects of development on his beloved island.

The dismay continues in an exploration of Ice Hockey at the training ground for the UTAH Grizzlies where Fletch is asked to be guest goalie for the day. The road trip ventures south to Monument Valley where Fletch fulfills a lifetime dream to photograph the magnificent scenery and meet with local Navajo residents to explore their connection with the land.
